Forming a New GASE Network Chapter
A “How-To” Guide
GASE Network is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation in science, technology, and engineering. Our mission is to create a global network that promotes interdisciplinary research, supports STEM education, and connects professionals across various fields.
GASE Network proudly consists of a growing community of members and chapters worldwide, spanning universities, research institutions, government laboratories, and industry research centers. New chapters receive the same rights and privileges as established ones and can elect both associate and full members.
Why Form a GASE Network Chapter?
A GASE Network chapter at your institution provides:
- Recognition for students, faculty, researchers, educators, and professionals in science, technology, and engineering.
- Opportunities for engagement, including seminars, webinars, networking events, awards, and social gatherings.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration, connecting colleagues across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines.
Benefits of Joining GASE Network
GASE Network offers:
- Financial Support – Local funding assistance for chapter activities.
- Travel Grants – Funding for one delegate per chapter to attend the GASE Network Annual Meeting.

- Participate in the GASE Network Annual Meeting at least once every three years.
- Maintain and submit a copy of their approved bylaws.
- Academic chapters must elect at least one new member every two years.
